"A Good Man is Hard to Find" citation info

"A Good Man is Hard to Find" by Flannery O'Connor is found in an anthology called Literature and the Writing Process , edited by Elizabeth McMahon, Susan Day, Robert Funtz, and is found on pages 320-330. The anthology is in its Sixth Edition, and was published by Pearson Education Inc. in 2002, in New Jersey.

Hey what do we do with our title? Do we italicize it? quote it? bold it? Or which?

The title of your essay is just centered at the top of your paper. It's not italicized, in quotes, or put in bold.

Sara is right. The only time you would use quotes would be if you're using the name of the short story in your title, like:

Religious Imagery in Flannery O'Connor's "A Good Man is Hard to Find"
